Job summary

STEADPATH ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our engineering and construction team in Singapore. You will design and draft MEP layouts, manage space planning, and detail plant room details using BIM tools.

The role requires hands-on coordination, preparation of shop drawings and As-Built drawings with Revit, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a contractor environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Nitec in Mechanical.
Experience in contractor environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Revit and Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

Design and drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
Carry out detailing and coordination drawings.
Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit.
Obtain information from architectural and structural drawings.
Assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning, and site/meeting visits.

We are representing a leading engineering and construction company, specializing in Air, Water and Machinery Installation works to seek for a BIM Coordinator to join the team.

Roles

Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit
Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.
