Job summary

YUQI BUILDING CONTRACTOR & TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop and manage multidisciplinary BIM models and drawings for cleanroom, semiconductor, HVAC and industrial facility projects in Singapore. You will coordinate design deliverables, perform clash detection and support tendering and site coordination.

The role requires a diploma/degree in engineering or BIM, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and mandatory proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage, with AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical building services, BIM, drafting.
• Minimum 3–5 years of BIM modelling, drafting or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, industrial or other high-technology facility projects will be an advantage.

Requirements
