Job summary

CENTURY CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Engineer to develop, maintain and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and engineering drawings for cleanroom, semiconductor, ACMV/HVAC, process utility and industrial facility projects.

You will support projects from tendering and design through construction and handover, perform clash detection, prepare layouts and as-built drawings, and maintain project documentation while collaborating with engineering teams and site staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, Drafting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant BIM modelling, drafting or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, industrial or other high-technology facility projects will be an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with engineering and site teams.
