Job description

Key Roles

• Lead & Manages the BIM Team activities and BIM outcome.
• To strategically lead and enhance BIM team efforts in the delivery process.
• Holistic ownership of the BIM Management and serving as a BIM Lead.
• Tackle technical & construction challenges and introduce new initiatives using BIM.
• Create project specific BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and contribute to Project Quality Plan.

Key Job responsibilities

• Have a good technical base & construction knowledge. The role will involve working on all work stages of various contract types (Design, Build, Design & Build) you should be proficient in working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors of the specific site / country.
• Requires coordination with Archi and M&E designers in the design and construction stages.
• Have a good working knowledge of regional Planning Guidelines (Esp. Singapore & Malaysia), Building Regulations and Technical Standards.
• Proficiency in COBIE parameters, LOD 500, Support for 4D, 5D & 6D. CP83, building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Assists in review of drawings provided by Architectural Consultants / Designers to ensure corrections are made within multiple software platforms for 2D & BIM.
• Review of construction material / shop drawing / MoS.
• Shop drawing coordination of Architectural, Interior and MEP drawings with sub-con/vendor & other stakeholders.
• Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team (As build DWG).
• Depending on project need, this position may be located On‑Site or Off‑Site and requires frequent travel to the project site.
