Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as BIM Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a team of BIM Modellers and Coordinators
• Oversee BIM development carried our by BIM Modellers in all stages such as Tender, Construction and As-Built
• Set standard and implement BIM execution plan for all projects
• Ensure compliance to corporate and client BIM requirement
• Provide training to project team on BIM tools and methodologies
• Provide technical expert and effective communication skill to improve team co-ordination, reduce error, enhance collaboration and overall project effciency
• Manage and update existing BIM clould, Company Profiles, BIM capabilites and new BIM software
• Assist in BIM Modelling and presentation during tender stage
• Attend BIM Coordination, Technical meeting and other meeting when required
• Any adhoc task as and when required by superior

Requirement
