Job summary

Soilbuild Construction Group Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead 3D modelling, shop drawings and clash coordination across Architectural, Civil & Structural, and MEP disciplines. You will ensure seamless model delivery and BEP compliance.

You will chair BIM coordination and ICE meetings, liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and support 4D/5D project controls to drive construction planning and cost-time integration.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM experience in Architectural/ C&S/ MEP BIM-related projects.
• BIM Certificate: BIM/VDC/ IDD Diploma or Equivalent Certificate
• Digital Delivery Management: Tier 2 or 3
• Competencies: Strong understanding of local BIM standards and ability to chair meetings
• Technical Proficiency: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage; Solibri, Revizto, Autodesk Forma (CDE)

Responsibilities

• Modelling & Shop Drawing Management: Oversee the full 3D modelling process across Architectural and Structural/MEP; ensure seamless 3D to shop drawings.
• Clash Coordination: Perform clash detection across trades; generate reports and lead resolution in BIM meetings.
• Meeting Leadership: Chair BIM Coordination and ICE meetings to drive collaboration.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with Client, Consultants, and Sub-contractors to align objectives.
• Quality Control: Audit 3D models to meet BIM requirements and standards.
• BIM Strategy: Maintain and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) through the project lifecycle.
• Project Controls (4D/5D): Develop models for 5D cost and 4D scheduling to support management.

Job description

• Modelling & Shop Drawing Management:Oversee the full 3D modelling process across Architectural and Structural/ MEP disciplines. Ensure the seamless transition from 3D models to accurate, buildable shop drawings.
• Clash Coordination:Perform rigorous Clash Detection between different trades. Generate detailed Clash Detection Reports and lead the resolution process during Technical BIM Meetings.
• Meeting Leadership:Manage and chair BIM Coordination and Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) meetings to drive collaborative problem-solving.
• Stakeholder Liaison:Act as the primary point of coordination between the Client, Consultants, and Sub-contractors to align project objectives.
• Quality Control:Audit and control 3D models to ensure they strictly adhere to Project BIM requirements and organizational standards.
• BIM Strategy:Maintain and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Controls (4D/5D):Develop and manage construction models for 5D quantification (Cost) and 4D simulation (Scheduling) to support project management.

Requirements

• Education:Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:A minimum of5 yearsof relevant experience in Architectural/ C&S/ MEP BIM-related projects.
• BIM Certificate: BIM/VDC/ IDD Diploma or Equivalent Certificate
• Digital Delivery Management : Tier 2 or 3
• Competencies:Strong understanding of local BIM standards, excellent communication skills for chairing meetings, and a deep knowledge of construction sequences.
• Technical Proficiency:

1. Expert Knowledge:Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
2. Specialized Tools:Proficient in Solibri, Revizto, and Autodesk Forma (CDE).
3. Understanding Standard: ISO 19650, Corenet X (IFC+SG)
