Job summary

KAJIMA OVERSEAS ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage BIM processes for architectural and structural works on construction projects in Singapore.

You will maintain up-to-date models, coordinate interdisciplinary models to resolve clashes, and support teams with 3D visualizations and digital deliverables. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture and 5–8 years of construction project experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction projects (high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes/regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage BIM models for architectural and structural works.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary models to detect and resolve clashes using software such as Navisworks, Revit, or any other relevant software.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and deliverables.
• Support design and construction teams by providing 3D visualizations, drawings, and digital models.
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and construction sequencing models.
• Facilitate model-based coordination meetings and document design revisions.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of BIM into project workflows.
• Provide training and guidance to project team members on BIM processes and best practices.

The BIM Coordinator will manage and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for architectural and structural disciplines, ensuring accurate, up-to-date models, clash-free designs, and seamless collaboration between design and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
