Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced MEP Draftsman to generate detailed Revit models and shop drawings for turnkey building projects. You will coordinate trades, attend design meetings, and support site activities with minimal supervision.

Applicants should have a minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, 2–8 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in Revit and Navisworks Manage. Location at Alexandra Road with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–8 years of MEP drafting and modeling experience in a contractor environment.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• MEP Modeling & Detailing: Generate shop drawings, section details, plant room layouts, and As-Built models in Revit based on structural and architectural reference drawings.
• Spatial Coordination & Clash Analysis: Conduct trade coordination using Navisworks Manage to optimize space planning and resolve spatial clashes prior to installation.
• Project & Site Support: Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Engineers, attending design meetings and site walk-throughs to clarify technical drawing details.
• Independent Execution: Manage drafting timelines, update drawings across project phases, and solve design integration issues with minimal supervision.
