Job summary

LETSCORPORATE ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop accurate 3D BIM models for ACMV/MEP projects and coordinate drawings with multiple disciplines.

You will maintain models, perform clash detection, and update documentation as site conditions and changes arise, ensuring compliance with standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, MEP, BIM, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of BIM modelling experience, preferably in ACMV/MEP construction.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage and BIM coordination is preferred.
• Good understanding of ACMV/MEP systems, drawings, and installation practices.
• Knowledge of BIM modelling standards and workflows.
• Familiarity with Singapore codes/standards is an advantage.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM deliverables per Execution Plans and standards.
• Update and organize BIM models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support quantity take-off and material schedules from BIM models.

Job Summary

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating accurate 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for ACMV/MEP projects. The role involves producing detailed models, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BIM documentation while ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and relevant Singapore codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for ACMV/MEP systems using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other relevant BIM software.

• Produce detailed shop drawings, installation drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings based on design specifications and site requirements.

• Model ACMV systems including ductwork, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, equipment, and associated services.

• Coordinate ACMV/MEP models with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other building services disciplines.

• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or other coordination platforms and assist in resolving identified clashes.

• Incorporate design changes, site conditions, RFI responses, and approved revisions into BIM models and drawings.

• Work closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.

• Assist in preparing BIM deliverables in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans and company standards.

• Ensure BIM models and drawings are properly updated, organised, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct site verification and update models based on actual site conditions where required.

• Support quantity take-off and material schedules from BIM models where applicable.

• Maintain proper naming conventions, modelling standards, file structures, and revision control.

• Assist in the preparation of LOD-based BIM models according to project requirements.

• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical input relating to modelling and constructability.

• Perform other BIM-related duties as assigned by the BIM Manager or Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, MEP, BIM, or a related discipline.

• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, preferably in ACMV/MEP construction projects.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

• Experience with Navisworks Manage and BIM coordination is preferred.

• Good understanding of ACMV/MEP systems, construction drawings, and installation practices.

• Knowledge of BIM modelling standards and workflows.

• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and relevant codes/standards is an advantage.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a project team.

• Willing to work on project sites when required.

Preferred Skills

• Revit MEP modelling and family creation.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.

• Primarily office-based with regular project/site visits as required.
