Job summary

ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP in Singapore is seeking a BIM Technician to develop and maintain BIM models reflecting the latest design intent and project requirements.

You will review models for clashes, coordinate across trades, and support construction teams with up-to-date drawings and information. A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is required, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and/or MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models reflecting latest design intent.
• Review models to identify clashes and coordinate with teams.
• Provide up-to-date BIM data, drawings and information for construction.
• Maintain records of model development and stakeholder communications.
• Develop detailed drawings for interfaces between disciplines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and alignment.

• A2 Main Con handling projects such as Commercial, Private Residential, A&A, R&R, ELU, and NRP works.
• 5.5 days - Site Based

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models to accurately reflect the latest design intent and project requirements.
• Review BIM models to identify and coordinate clashes between different disciplines, trades, and building services, and present findings to the technical and construction teams for resolution.
• Support the construction team by providing up-to-date BIM models, drawings, and relevant information required for construction activities.
• Maintain accurate records of BIM model development, coordination activities, and stakeholder communications to effectively track information flow and model progress.
• Develop detailed drawings for interfaces and coordination between different disciplines and trades.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models and technical drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate technical drawings and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and/or MEP systems.
