Job summary

7R ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Engineer to develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models based on project requirements and engineering drawings, and to prepare detailed shop and fabrication drawings using BIM software.

You will coordinate BIM models with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and subcontractors to resolve clashes, update models for design revisions, and ensure constructability and installation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or building services discipline.
• Minimum 2 years BIM modelling experience in construction or engineering.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and BIM submission requirements is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong BIM knowledge and Revit proficiency are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models based on project requirements and engineering drawings.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings using BIM software.
• Coordinate BIM models with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and subcontractors to identify and resolve clashes.
• Update BIM models according to design revisions, RFIs, and site changes.
• Produce construction documentation and drawing submissions in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
• Ensure BIM models comply with company standards, project requirements, and relevant codes.
• Work closely with project engineers and site personnel to ensure constructability and installation accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and project files.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or BIM Manager.

• Experience in semiconductor, industrial, commercial, or construction projects is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modelling experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred.
• Experience in MEP BIM modelling will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and BIM submission requirements is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong BIM knowledge and Revit proficiency are encouraged to apply.
