Job summary

link2 manpower pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator/Lead to drive modelling, coordination and delivery across M&E/MEP projects in Singapore.

You will supervise BIM teams, standardise libraries, and ensure compliance with project and authority requirements while coordinating with contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on BIM modelling and coordination in M&E/MEP building services.
• 2–3 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong understanding of M&E site installation and spatial coordination.
• BIM/VDC certification is advantageous.
• Infrastructure/LTA project experience is highly advantageous.

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or Degree.
