Job summary

DAI-DAN INTERNATIONAL ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced MEP Drafter to design and draft MEP layouts, sections, and plant room details. You will produce shop and As-Built drawings using Revit and coordinate with architectural and structural disciplines.

The role requires 3–8 years in a contractor setting and proficiency in Revit/Navisworks Manage, with the ability to work independently and at site visits when needed.

Qualifications

• Singaporean candidates only.
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in a contractor environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Revit and Navisworks Manage.

Responsibilities

• Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
• Detailing & coordination drawing.
• Preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit software.
• Obtain information from architectural, structural, and other discipline drawings.
• Assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and site/meeting visits when necessary.

• To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3-8 years relevant experience in contractor environment
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Familiar in Revit, Navisworks Manage
