Job summary

PERMANENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a BIM modeller to develop Electrical or M&E 3D BIM models using Revit for coordination. You will work with BIM Coordinators and Design Engineers to ensure accurate construction documents and adherence to project workflow.

The role requires a degree or technical diploma in Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Building, plus at least 1 year of BIM experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks and the Office suite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Degree or Technical Diploma holder in Architectural / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or Building.
• Well versed in AutoCAD and Office suite software.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in BIM.
• Certificate for Revit MEP course Certificate or knowledge in Navisworks
• Good communication skills and team workmanship
• Experience and familiarity with Electrical or M&E Services

Responsibilities

• Develop Electrical 3D BIM Model for coordination and collaboration using Revit.
• Ensure construction documents, parameters and information accuracy for BIM Model.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Follow BIM standards, Deliverables and Level of Development (LOD) required in the project
• Prepare shop drawings for approval
• Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as built purposes.
• Make sure consultant and clients comments are followed and updated to be resubmitted for approval
• To amend as per site condition changes
• Creating and developing the Electrical Family as per the parameter depending on specialities of equipments and materials
• To be able to perform designated responsibility given by the BIM Coordinator/Design Engineer
• Should be able to adopt with other BIM Modelling tools required in the project
• Incharge of the Clash Detection for A&S and reports
