Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance, Business Management/Real Estate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of billing/accounting/lease management experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenants’ rental billing cycle and utilities payments.
• Handle refunds, credit notes and arrears monitoring with reporting.
• Assist in lease document preparation and renewals tracking.
• Maintain tenant records in RMS and SBST app, handle general admin.
