CHUGOKU MARINE PAINTS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD seeks an experienced administrative professional to support customer order processing, billing, and related coordination with service providers for local and overseas shipments.

The role requires a Nitec/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Singaporean or PR only; 6-month contract from 1 Nov 2026 to 30 Apr 2027.

Qualifications

Min Nitec Cert/ Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in related field.
Min 3 years relevant work experience with overseas suppliers.
Familiarity in using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Dynamic NAV (ERP) is preferred.
Able to commit to the full 6-month contract period from 1 Nov 2026 to 30 Apr 2027.
Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only.

Responsibilities

Process and follow up with day-to-day administrative support on customer order processing and billing.
Coordinate with customers via emails and phone, receive requirements from customers and feedback to customers in time and keep tracking.
Generate billing invoices and shipping documents depending on customs and customer requirements for local and overseas export shipment.
Process CN (credit notes) and DN (debit notes) requisition for required transactions.
To communicate with customers and follow up with the advance payments/outstanding payment.
Monitor local safety stocks and timely reporting with monthly inventory status/ageing report for management decision.
To support all the internal and external audit for Operations processes and services.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested.
