Chugoku Marine Paints (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented administrator to support customer order processing and billing for a 6-month contract. You will manage invoicing, CN/DN processing, and ensure data accuracy across local and export shipments while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, and availability to commit from 1 Nov 2026 to 30 Apr 2027.

Qualificações

• Min Nitec Cert/ Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Min 3 years relevant work experience and collaboration with overseas suppliers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Dynamic NAV (ERP) is preferred.
• Able to commit to the full 6-month contract period from 1 Nov 2026 to 30 Apr 2027.

Responsabilidades

• Process day-to-day administrative support on customer order processing and billing.
• Coordinate with customers via emails and phone, collect requirements and provide timely feedback; ensure pricing, customer and job data accuracy for billing.
• Generate billing invoices and shipping documents for local and overseas export shipments.
• Process CN (credit notes) and DN (debit notes) requisitions.
• Communicate with customers regarding advance payments/outstanding payments.
• Monitor local safety stocks and report monthly inventory status/ageing.
