Job summary

DI YI TCM PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on manager to oversee daily outlet operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise frontline staff, ensure policy compliance, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service in English and Chinese.

The role is full-time, requires retail hours including Sundays and public holidays, and offers benefits and career progression opportunities in a health and wellness setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in sales, retail, spa or wellness sectors is a plus.
• Full-time/permanent role.
• Able to work retail hours including Sundays and public holidays.
• Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day work activities of employees to ensure proper coverage, plan and assign work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff training and certification as required, with necessary tools and equipment.
• Oversee daily outlet operations for efficiency.
• Provide good and prompt service to satisfy customers.
• Ensure outlet compliance to authority regulations including hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Manage sales reporting, cash handling and inventory control for the outlet.
• Drive and exceed individual and store targets.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lead and supervise frontline staff; conduct briefing sessions on procedures and policies.
• Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff.
• Ensure frontline staff are well trained in service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Guide and train new staff to promote internal growth.
