RONG YU FOOD CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, optimize workflow, and drive profitability through staff supervision, inventory control, and financial oversight.

Formación

• Experience in food and beverage operations to support effective restaurant management.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to better serve diverse customers and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise restaurant staff to maintain high service standards and efficient workflow
• Manage customer reservations and respond to customer feedback to enhance satisfaction
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service during busy periods
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies to maintain hygiene standards
• Recruit, train, and schedule employees to build a skilled and motivated team
• Monitor staff performance and foster a positive and productive working environment
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and collaborate with suppliers to control costs while maintaining ingredient quality
• Prepare sales reports, handle cash flow, monitor budgets, and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff to resolve issues and support restaurant operations under pressure
