PU TIEN RESTAURANT PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced F&B setting.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage inventory and costs, ensure food safety and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Fluent English and Mandarin are preferred; weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in F&B operations with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers, employees and stakeholders.
• Experience in Fujian or Cantonese cuisine operations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage overall outlet operations to achieve business objectives, efficiency, and profitability.
• Drive sales performance and cost control while ensuring productivity and resource utilization.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, train, and lead outlet employees to build a competent, engaged team.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and assets with governance controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business initiatives.
