Job summary
NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver top-notch customer service, drive personal sales, and support team growth across multiple locations in Singapore. You will follow up with clients on treatments and assist in daily outlet operations.
You will engage clients in English and Mandarin to provide professional consultations and recommendations, and adapt to weekday, weekend, and public holiday shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills to support engagement and sales.
- Exhibits interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively engaging with clients and addressing their treatment needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up consultations
- Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Achieve personal sales targets by effectively promoting products and services
- Guide and train new staff members to support their development and enhance team performance
- Communicate clearly with customers in English and Mandarin to provide treatment consultations and recommendations
- Adapt to retail working hours on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled
