Job summary

3K Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an operations-focused coordinator to keep multiple projects moving—from customer inquiry to site survey, quotation, installation, and completion. You will lead planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams while staying calm under pressure.

This role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, solid organizational skills, the ability to manage a team, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for quotations and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Quick-witted and resourceful — able to think on your feet and adapt plans on short notice.
• Comfortable managing and directing a team of workers, including firm but fair follow-up.
• Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for quotations and scheduling.
• No specific years of experience required — we value attitude, adaptability, and ownership over paper qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Be the central point of contact for customer enquiries and advise on suitable solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate site survey appointments and generate quotations.
• Plan and arrange installation schedules, balancing customer availability and worker availability.
• Assign and manage workers across multiple concurrent projects and track progress.
• Maintain records of jobs, quotations, schedules, and communications.
