Job summary

BHS Kinetic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in operational activities and ensure smooth scheduling and site readiness.

You will document submissions, coordinate with customers, planners, team leaders, and vendors for equipment, site surveys, and quotations, and attend site safety meetings. The ideal candidate has 2 years of related experience, strong communication, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Obtained Nitec /Higher Nitec qualification in relevant discipline or similar.
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, team player and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Documentations Submission prior to the job start.
• Work closely with customers and planners for the scheduling
• Work with customers and team leaders to conduct a site walk to gather survey details.
• Coordinate to gather information and submit site survey report to customer service department for quotation.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders inside/outside the organization for incoming job preparations.
• Prebook or rent the relevant equipment with the vendor prior to the job start (For example, rental of Crane, Forklift, and Air Compressor)
• Attending site safety/coordination/traffic meeting (If any)
• Any other ad-hoc duties
