HTNS Singapore Pte Ltd, part of the Hanaro TNS global logistics network, is seeking a Freight Operations Support professional in Singapore. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate air and sea shipments, and prepare shipping documents to ensure timely delivery.

You will liaise with internal teams, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents, maintain accurate records, and assist with quotations and billing while maintaining organized files.

Formación

• Proficiency in Korean and English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Diploma or higher in customer service, logistics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide updates on shipment status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate import and export shipments via air and sea with customers, airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, and overseas agents.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shipping documents and shipment records to support operational accuracy.
• Monitor shipment progress, follow up on outstanding issues, and report delays to stakeholders.
• Communicate with headquarters in Korea and local operations teams for clear information exchange and seamless handling.
