Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a freight forwarding support specialist to assist the sales team and coordinate shipments. You will liaise with customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams, and prepare import/export documentation and delivery orders.

Requirements: 1–2 years in freight forwarding. 5-day work week. Location: Bukit Merah Central. Salary: SGD 2,800–3,400 per month. Hours: 8.30am–5.30pm (Mon–Thu) and 8.30am–5pm (Friday).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales department.
• Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release.
• Verify all related costs and charges.
• Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters.
• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes.
