Job summary

HANKYU HANSHIN EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated logistics customer service liaison in Singapore to ensure high-quality service and meet shipping needs efficiently.

You will coordinate with internal and external partners, document customer requirements, and support smooth order flow while using MS Office 365 tools and CW systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics customer service is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Interest in the shipping and logistics industry is welcomed even without prior experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams).

Job Summary

This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal/external partners to ensure high-quality service and meet customer shipping needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks continuously and adapt quickly to challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email to accurately understand and document their shipping requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in shipping, logistics, quality, accounting, and sales to facilitate smooth order flow and relay customer-specific needs
• Apply strong attention to detail by listening, analyzing, and interpreting data to support accurate order processing
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication to manage priorities and time efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and multiple systems simultaneously to manage workflows; knowledge of CW systems is a plus

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in logistics customer service, scheduling, and shipping fundamentals is advantageous
• Experience interacting with customers face-to-face, by telephone, or electronically is beneficial
• Interest in the shipping and logistics industry is welcomed even without prior experience

Other Information

• Starting salary SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,000 monthly, depending on experience
• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:45; alternate Saturdays 08:30 – 12:30
