Job summary

SPH Media Limited in Singapore is hiring for a frontline customer service role within our Contact Centre. You will handle phone inquiries, guide subscribers on digital publications, and manage email correspondences with a focus on timely resolutions.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm, with occasional overtime during subscription drives and weekend shifts about 3 times every 8 weeks. We value strong communication, Mandarin language ability, resilience under pressure, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma with at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre.

Responsibilities

• Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
• Guide subscribers on digital publications
• Handle email correspondences
• Manage customer relationships through follow-up and timely resolutions
• Interact with customers on digital support channels in a professional and timely manner
