Responsibilities

• Handle public enquiries via the Branch Service Line with professionalism.
• Promote and guide callers on HDB’s e-Services.
• Provide case-specific advice and quality service over the phone.
• Keep up-to-date with policies to provide accurate information.
• Resolve queries effectively and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet call centre KPIs.
• Other tasks as assigned.
