Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service oriented professional to manage hospital billing payments and receivables. You will handle inbound calls, follow ups, and provide clear billing information to patients from the Bukit Merah office.

The role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. Mandarin ability is a plus for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients.
• Sending statement of accounts.
