Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant Engineering or Business discipline.
• 3–5 years of direct Business Development exposure.
• Ability to present and carry yourself well for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client and project acquisition to meet sales targets in geotechnical/ground engineering construction.
• Build market intelligence, client networks and strong relationships.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity.
• Review tender team bid proposals and go/no-go decisions with senior leadership.
• Act as Bid Manager on major projects and lead client negotiations on bid and contract terms.
• Coach and develop the business development and tender teams to hit targets.
• Champion and safeguard the company's brand and reputation.
