Job summary

Zenova Steel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand the client network and secure new project opportunities in the construction and geotechnical sector for piling, ERSS, and foundation works.

You will build relationships with consultants, developers, main contractors, and government-linked projects; support tender strategy and project acquisition; and coordinate with tender, engineering, and operations teams to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of BD or sales experience within the construction industry.
• Strong network within Singapore construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of tender process and construction project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within Singapore's construction and infrastructure market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers, government agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Source upcoming tenders and project opportunities related to piling, ERSS, underground obstruction removal, demolition, and foundation works.
• Coordinate with internal tender, engineering, and operations teams for proposal submissions.
• Attend project meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.
