Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking a focused Business Development/Tender Manager to identify tender opportunities, coordinate submissions, and support management decisions. You will review documents, prepare cost templates, and ensure timely submissions via GeBIZ and e-procurement portals.

You will build client relationships, support mobilisation with operations, and contribute to strategic BD initiatives locally and overseas, maintaining the Tender Monitoring System and BI database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma or Professional Certification in Project Management, Facilities Management, Building / Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong aptitude are welcome; full training provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor tender opportunities and leads, and support management in bid/no-bid decisions.
• Coordinate tender participation, review specifications and contract terms, and raise clarifications.
• Prepare costing templates and develop proposals covering methodology and resources.
• Obtain internal approvals and ensure on-time submissions via GeBIZ/e-procurement portals.
• Manage post-closing activities and tender ranking intelligence for Senior Management.
• Support mobilisation and handover with Operations and bridge client and in-house teams.
• Build client relationships and support BD initiatives locally and overseas.
