Job summary

u3 infotech pte. ltd. seeks a Bid and Commercial Manager to lead end-to-end bid responses and coordinate with Sales, Solutions Manager and cross-functional teams including service, product, finance, engineering, operations and support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Computer Science with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Diploma with 5+ years (network solutions or service provider background)
• Technical understanding of telecom services (connectivity, internet, network-based solutions)
• Strong commercial, P&L and risk management skills
• Able to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities under tight deadlines
• Proactive, team-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders to get results
• Familiarity with the GeBIZ tender process

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tender/bid process: timelines, milestones and bid go/no-go decisions with stakeholders
• Brief stakeholders on bid strategy with Sales, and assign tasks to owners
• Coordinate inputs from all teams against customer requirements, specifications and compliance
• Compile, review and finalise the complete bid document
• Prepare and review commercial aspects, ensuring all services are covered in the final price
• Identify gaps and risks and present them to management
• Handle customer clarifications and post-tender evaluation with the internal team
• Maintain bid governance, a knowledge base of standard answers, and templates (including for less complex bids); continuously improve quality, consistency and efficiency
• Drive commercial arrangements with strategic partners
