The role focuses on engaging hiring managers, identifying opportunities, growing client relationships and driving end-to-end sales to achieve revenue targets in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, account management, or business development in Singapore.
• Strong network and proven client engagement experience within Banking, Insurance BFSI, or Financial Services.
• Experience selling IT consulting, technology staffing, contract resources, or project-based IT services.
• Proven ability to engage hiring managers, generate new requirements, win clients, and close deals independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, commercially focused, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle.
