• Experience selling IT consulting, technology staffing, contract resources, or project-based IT services.
• Proven ability to engage hiring managers, generate new requirements, win clients, and close deals independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, commercially focused, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage hiring managers, identify business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive end-to-end sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with Banking/Insurance BFSI clients in Singapore to grow revenue.
