Job summary

GIENTECH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior sales consultant to drive solution selling in the BFSI sector.

You will understand client requirements, design banking/fintech solutions, and present compelling demonstrations to IT and business leaders. You will respond to RFPs, coordinate with pricing and legal teams, and manage complex multi-stakeholder deals. The role requires deep knowledge of core banking, APIs, and regulatory tech, with a proven hunter mentality and strong ROI justification

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI or enterprise tech.
• Proven track record in solution selling and complex deals.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, design and present banking/fintech solutions.
• Demonstrate product capabilities via demos, POCs, and pilots.
• Prepare technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses with pricing teams.
• Manage client relationships with CTOs, IT heads and procurement.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and integration points.
