Job summary

FPT Software is seeking an accomplished business development leader to drive growth across our Banking & Financial Services (BFS) business in Singapore and the APAC region. This role focuses on expanding strategic client relationships and closing large transformation deals through executive engagement.

You will develop growth strategies, nurture a robust pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated solutions across cloud, digital transformation, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Development within Banking & Financial Services.
• Proven track record of managing and growing annual business portfolios exceeding USD 100M.
• Demonstrated success in closing large-scale transformation programs with TCV exceeding USD 50M.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the BFS business development strategy across Singapore and APAC.
• Drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, and large transformation opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and client transformation initiatives that align with FPT's capabilities.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers across BFS organizations.
• Lead identification, qualification, shaping, and closure of large-scale transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with consulting, architecture, delivery, and executive leadership to develop differentiated client solutions.
• Expand FPT's footprint within BFS across APAC and represent the company at industry events.
