Job summary

Specialist Risk Group in Singapore is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate, Benefits Solutions to deliver high-quality employee benefits advice and programme management for clients across Singapore.

You will manage day-to-day servicing, coordinate with insurers and stakeholders, support renewals and proposals, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of benefits solutions while growing the SRG Benefits Solutions business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Insurance/Broking with at least 2 years in Employee Benefits.
• Strong knowledge of compensation & benefit practices is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Global mindset with cross-border teamwork; cross-functional collaboration.
• Certificates in General Insurance and/or Life & Health Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client servicing for employee benefits accounts.
• Coordinate renewals, placements, and programme implementations.
• Prepare client materials: proposals, renewal summaries, quotes.
• Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders for quotes and terms.
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation.
• Identify client needs and coordinate across SRG services.
• Monitor servicing issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Support process improvements and team projects.
