Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a 1-year contract located in Queenstown. You will consolidate documents, verify data, and process CPF and other statutory contributions while ensuring timely payroll release.

You will also handle HRIS maintenance, generate analytics, administer benefits programs, liaise with insurers, and support audits. A meticulous approach and knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate payroll documents and verify before submission to HR Shared Services partner
• Check payroll reports generated by HR Shared Services partner before confirming for payroll release
• Process CPF and other statutory contributions during each pay period
• Prepare payroll and finance reports for record-keeping/audit purposes
• Responsible for online submission of Government-paid maternity leave/ childcare leave claims, Maternity Leave Claims, IR21 foreign employee tax clearance, and NS claims
• Reporting of employees' individual income tax (Singapore)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal & external auditors on payroll audit matters
• Assist with payroll-related enquiries or issues

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Duties

• Consolidate payroll documents and perform verification before submission to HR Shared Services partner
• Check payroll reports generated by HR Shared Services partner before confirming for payroll release
• Processing of company's payroll Central Provident Fund (CPF) and any other statutory contributions during each pay period
• Preparing payroll and finance reports for record-keeping/audit purposes
• Responsible for online submission of statutory claims i.e. Government-paid maternity leave/ Childcare Leave claims, Maternity Leave Claims, IR21 foreign employee tax clearance, and NS claims
• Reporting of employees' individual income tax (Singapore)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal & external auditors on payroll audit matters
• Assist with payroll-related enquiries or issues

Benefits Duties

• Administer various benefits programs i.e. medical benefits, health screening, hospitalization & surgical insurance etc
• Liaise with insurers on employees' insurance matters
• Review existing benefits programs and propose renewal/introduction of new benefits programs/vendors
• Oversee the contract renewals with benefits vendors
• Implement/ Enhance C&B policies in alignment with various objectives, updating and communicating it with the company's employees
• Identify and report any discrepancies / potential non-compliance in with regards to the company's C&B practices and recommend solution to improve them

HRIS Duties

• Responsible for maintaining HR information management system including management and HR analytics reporting
• Responsible for HRIS system/process enhancements
• Proactively review and recommend improvements to or automating current HR processes
• Ensure integrity and timeliness of information and data in HRIS system
