• Handle loyalty programme enrolments and VIP arrangements.
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and room moves.
• Arrange transportation services (taxis, airport transfers, etc.).
• Ensure the lobby and driveway are clean and welcoming.
• Communicate guest requests across departments effectively.
• Uphold safety and security standards.
• Support teammates during peak periods and special events.
