Qualifications

• Experience in beauty services.

• Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.

• Manage customer service, consultants and beauticians.
• Oversee day-to-day outlet sales and operations.
• Be accountable for overall performance of outlets.
• Provide professional skin, body analysis and recommendations to customers.
• Conduct sales pitches and convert customers into long-term clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and stay updated on beauty industry developments.
• Motivate and coach staff and evaluate performance.
• Promote beauty services and products and manage after-sales inquiries.
