The role requires maintaining high service standards, staying current with beauty treatments, and coaching team members to achieve targets. Prior beauty industry experience is preferred.

• Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.

Aufgaben

• Manage the company customer service, consultants and beauticians; oversee day-to-day outlet sales and operations.
• Identify customer needs, provide professional beauty advice and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Conduct sales pitches and convert leads into long-term customers while maintaining high service standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets; stay updated on beauty treatments, procedures and industry developments.
• Motivate and coach the team; evaluate performance and provide feedback.
• Promote the company’s beauty services and products, handle after-sales relationships and respond to daily leads.
