ACME EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Beauty Salon Supervisor to assist in managing daily salon operations in Singapore.

You will supervise staff, monitor service quality and help drive sales while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, staff performance and training, handle customer enquiries, and maintain inventory and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty salon, spa, wellness or retail service environment.
• 2–3 years of relevant supervisory experience preferred.
• Beauty therapy qualification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and salon operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Salon Manager with daily operations and open/close procedures.
• Oversee staff, supervise beauticians and therapists, and staffing schedules.
• Ensure service quality, cleanliness and salon presentation.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Promote beauty treatments, packages, memberships and products.
• Monitor sales performance and support promotional campaigns.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and equipment is maintained.
