MODERN BEAUTY SALON (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Beauty Manager to lead a team of beauticians and spa therapists, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.

The role involves professional consultations, product and treatment package recommendations, handling customer enquiries, and maintaining staff morale and service standards. Experience in beauty retail or spa management is preferred; fresh leaders are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Sales experience is a must.
• Preferably with 2 years of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry (e.g., Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager).
• Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management position but without management experience are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists
• Lead outlet to achieve sales target
• Provide professional consultation/treatment and advise customers on suitable beauty products and treatment packages
• Handle customer complaints and motivate staff morale; provide guidance to staff
• Handle customer enquiries
• Ensure good customer experience and service standard
