Job summary

Sephora in Singapore seeks a Beauty Advisor to inspire customers and help them discover beauty products. You will share knowledge, drive loyalty through Sephora Beauty Pass, and guide shoppers from store to online experiences to boost conversions.

In this role, you will meet sales targets across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care while maintaining a pristine store environment and smooth cashier operations. Flexibility to mall hours is required.

• Experience in retail or services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with customers through beauty knowledge sharing and excellent service.
• Advocate for Sephora Beauty Pass to highlight loyalty benefits.
• Introduce customers to our eCommerce platform to increase conversion and repeated purchases.
• Meet sales targets by understanding needs and recommending products across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care.
• Assist customers with product testing and provide basic beauty services.
• Keep the store tidy, well-stocked, and ensure products are in good sellable condition.
• Participate in inventory control and operate cashier functions professionally.

Driving Customer Experience

• Establishing a strong relationship with our customers through beauty knowledge sharing and excellent customer service
• Advocating for Sephora Beauty Pass to help customers discover the benefits of our loyalty programme
• Introducing customers our eCommerce platform to increase conversion and repeated purchases
• Meeting sales targets by understanding customers' needs, recommending and selling products and services to our customers in all categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair care

Beauty Excellence

• Assisting customers with product testing
• Performing basic beauty services across all categories

Operational Excellence

• Helping to make a beautiful first impression by keeping the store tidy, well-stocked, and ensuring our products are in good sellable conditions
• Participating in inventory control to reduce loss, and ensure compliance with sampling policies
• Operating the cashier functions in a professional and timely manner
