Job summary

BF HEALTH & SKIN CARE GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Beauty Advisor to assist clients by assessing skin types, recommending products, and tailoring solutions to budgets and preferences.

You will handle sales, returns, cash handling, store events, displays, stock, and follow-up communications to build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
• A passion for the beauty industry.
• Experience in sales, retail, or related field may be preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• A friendly personality and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Planning and taking part in store events.
• Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory.
• Handling administrative duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
• Hand on service to customers, facial, body therapy with or without equipment like MIR, CPL, Oxygen equipment and other outlet equipment.
