Job summary

Huda Beauty seeks a Luxury Beauty Advisor to drive sales and deliver an exceptional brand experience at the assigned counter. You will provide personalized consultations, demonstrate products, and guide customers to solutions that fit their needs, while maintaining premium presentation and stock readiness.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for beauty trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Professional certification in Makeup Artistry or Cosmetology is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for beauty and cosmetics with knowledge of makeup trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service by building relationships and providing tailored beauty consultations.

Summary

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for the sales and operations of their assigned Huda Beauty counter and ensure an exceptional brand experience that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction. The role is also responsible for delivering personalized beauty consultations, recommending and demonstrating makeup products, and helping customers find solutions that suit their needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service by building strong relationships and providing tailored beauty consultations that create a luxury shopping experience.

• Demonstrate expert product knowledge by explaining product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques, while conducting makeup applications, product demonstrations, and sampling to recommend the best solutions for each customer’s needs.

• Respond to customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve individual sales targets by identifying customer needs, providing personalised product recommendations, and converting consultations into sales.

• Maintain the Huda Beauty counter to the highest brand standards by ensuring products are clean, well-stocked, accurately merchandised, and presented in a saleable condition at all times.

• Support the delivery of sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, brand activations, and in-store events to drive customer engagement and commercial performance.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment to maintain product availability.

• Gather and share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights with management to support business performance and continuous improvement.

• Represent Huda Beauty professionally at all times by upholding the brand’s values, maintaining excellent grooming standards, and delivering a consistent luxury brand experience.

• Previous experience of at least 5 years in luxury retail sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry. Professional certification in Makeup Artistry, Cosmetology, or a related field is highly advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and connect effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

• Passionate about beauty and cosmetics, with solid knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, beauty trends, and industry developments.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Results-oriented and self-motivated, with strong selling, consultation, and customer engagement skills.

• Well-groomed and professional in appearance, reflecting the image and standards of a premium beauty brand.

• Positive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Flexible and willing to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts as required.
