Job summary

SEUNG TAE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a part-time beauty advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, identify sales opportunities, and upsell products at the point of sale.

Your role includes supporting promotions and ensuring an engaging shopping experience. You will assist with sales plans, handle POS transactions, and participate in stock replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty retail and customer interaction.
• Experience in retail preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recognize sale opportunities and upsell at the point of service.
• Assist in sales plans and participate in promotions.
• Assist in visual merchandising when new stock arrives.
• Operate POS and handle payments accurately.
• Communicate feedback from in-store activities to supervisors.
• Perform ad hoc duties including stocktakes.

Part time retail beauty advisor wanted!!

$12 - $15 per hour

Operations

• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling / cross presentation of items or services at point of service.
• Assist in sales plans execution & participation in conjunction of marketing events & promotions

Inventory replenishment

• Assist in visual merchandising whenever new stocks arrive, to provide optimal shopping experience for the brand
• Operates POS cash register & handles various payment mode with accuracy
• Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to supervisors

Other duties

• Perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time (eg: Stocktake exercises)

Requirements

• Passionate about the beauty retail industry & customer interaction
• Experience in working within the retail environment (Beauty retail is a plus, no experience is welcome to apply)
• Must be a positive team player who desires to contribute
• Self motivated, open-minded, proactive with high integrity level
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong adaptability skills in a fast paced environment
• Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
• Able to work shifts / weekends & public holidays
• Able to start in immediately
• Able to commit at least 3 months.
