Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a results-driven Sales & Business Development professional to generate and manage sales leads, conduct client consultations, present renovation packages, and close contracts.

The role covers client relationship management, coordination with design and project teams, and handover to execution. Permanent position; Mon-Fri 11am-6pm; fully commission-based with 50% profit margin plus monthly and quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in interior/renovation/property industries.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable with a fully commission-based structure.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Confident in client meetings and presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales leads through company-provided sources.
• Conduct client consultations to understand renovation requirements and budget.
• Present renovation packages, quotations, and project scope prepared by the team.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales contracts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Act as main contact from first meeting to contract signing and build client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal design and project teams after deal closure and ensure proper documentation.
