Job summary

American Club, The in Singapore seeks a guest-focused bartender to craft cocktails and beverages with warmth and precision. You will engage with Members, recommend drinks, and ensure a welcoming bar experience that feels like home.

We value knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages, with strong bartending techniques and barista skills as a plus. Rotating shifts apply, including weekends and public holidays but no late-night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and other drinks according to standards.
• Deliver friendly, personalized, and efficient service to Members.
• Recommend beverages based on Members' preferences and requests.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure bar area, equipment, and workstations are clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment.
• Handle Members' feedback and requests professionally.
• Follow service standards, SOPs, hygiene, and safety requirements.

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
• Barista skills and knowledge would be a plus
